Use of Jobeazee

Jobeazee is a paid service that generates AI-tailored résumés and cover letters. It is provided as-is, without warranties. We may rate-limit or pause accounts that abuse the service.

Pricing & billing

We offer subscriptions (billed weekly, monthly, or annually) and one-time credit packs. Prices are shown in USD; applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.

Automatic renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method on file, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing) — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. One-time credit packs do not renew.

Refunds

Because documents are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a credit has been used or a generation produced. Unused subscription time or unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase — contact support@jobeazee.com.

AI processing of your data

To tailor your documents, the details you provide (profile, work history, and the job description) are sent to a US-hosted AI provider for processing — a cross-border transfer outside Canada. Your data is used only to generate your documents and is not used to train the provider's models. You consent to this processing when you generate documents. See our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into Jobeazee. We don't train models on your data.

Liability

Jobeazee provides AI-generated suggestions, not career advice. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it.
